Information you send us. When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the project type you selected, and your message. If you book a discovery call or email or call us directly, we receive whatever you include in that correspondence.

Server logs. Our web server records standard request data — IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp — as part of operating and securing the site. These logs are not linked to form submissions and are not used to build a profile of you.

• No analytics or measurement tools. We do not run Google Analytics or any equivalent.

• No advertising, retargeting, or tracking pixels.
• No profiling, scoring, or automated decision-making.
• No third-party fonts loaded at runtime. Typefaces are compiled into the site and served from our own server, so your browser never contacts a font provider.
• We never sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Solely to respond to your enquiry, to scope and deliver work you have asked us about, and to keep records of client communication. Where a lawful basis is required, ours is your consent when you contact us, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services and in keeping the site secure.

We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not send marketing you did not ask for.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and communicate with you. Each processes information only as needed to provide its service.

• Gandi — hosting and domain registration. Handles server logs and site traffic.
• Resend — transactional email delivery. Handles contact form submissions on their way to our inbox.
• Proton — business email and scheduling. Our mailbox is hosted by Proton, so every enquiry ends up stored there, whether you send it through the contact form, by email, or as part of booking a call. Booking itself takes place on Proton's own page under Proton's privacy policy, and any details you enter there are collected by Proton directly.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept so we have context if you come back to us. You may request deletion of your enquiry at any time. Records tied to paid work are kept for as long as needed to deliver the engagement and to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Server logs rotate on a short cycle in the ordinary course of operations.

You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. If you are in the UK, EU, California, or another jurisdiction with statutory privacy rights, those rights apply to you by law. If you are not, we will honor these requests anyway.

Email contact@digitallotusdev.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will never charge you for making a request or treat you differently for exercising a right.

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to our inbox and hosting is protected by strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, card numbers, or other sensitive credentials through the contact form.

This site offers professional services to businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Our service providers process information in the United States, the European Union, and Switzerland. Where information moves between jurisdictions, we rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards. Switzerland holds an adequacy decision from the European Commission, meaning transfers there are treated as offering equivalent protection.
